Cancellation Policy: 

If you need to cancel a scheduled counseling session, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This helps us accommodate other clients who may need our services.

Refund Eligibility:

Full Refund Conditions: 

A full refund will be provided if Mind and Thoughts cancels a scheduled session for any reason.

Refunds for Prepaid Sessions: 

If you have prepaid for a counseling package and decide to discontinue services, a refund will be issued for any unused sessions, minus any applicable administrative fees.

Administrative Fees: 

In certain cases, administrative fees may be applied to cover the processing costs associated with refunds.

No-Show Policy: 

Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without providing advance notice may be charged the full session fee, with no eligibility for a refund.
