I found out about Mindandthoughts on instagram a couple of weeks ago. I then signed up for a 4 days arts & play therapy workshop what was amazing.i work in an infant school with 6- 7 years old children and I have a nurturing group for children who struggle with self confidence and expressing their feelings, emotions etc. These workshops are giving me lots of new ideas about how I should run a session with different activities.I just can't wait to learn more from this brilliant team. The facilitators Surbhi khandelwal & Dr Pritika are like a fount of knowledge they made me feel comfortable to share my drawings and thoughts during the activities. I am so greatful i have found mindandthoughts.

I would like to thank Mind and Thoughts for providing a platform for eager individuals like myself the opportunity to learn and upskill. Covid-19 has restricted physical classes however it has open doors to online classes which extend teaching capacity beyond borders and reaching International students like me. I would like to thank Surbhi khandelwal & Dr Pritika for their diligence in teaching the course. They have made the learning environment pleasant, welcoming and comfortable. They attended to each student's needs and questions and the immersive activities during classes provided a hands-on and memorable learning experience. The training was well planned and well executed.
